Billable Time
The task every fee-earner puts off until Friday. Type what you did the way you'd say it — "2h on the Acme SPA schedules, call with Dan 20 mins, chased the bundle" — and get back properly drafted narratives with UTBMS codes, rounded to your firm's increment. It also tells you which entries a billing partner would send back: block billing, vague wording, and the phrases that get written off.

How it works
The arithmetic never touches the model. Rounding to your billing increment, daily and weekly totals, target variance, utilisation and revenue are all computed in the page from your own entries. A model that is merely plausible about hours is worse than useless when the output is an invoice.
UTBMS codes are checked, not trusted. The model picks a task and activity code, and the page then validates both against the real UTBMS code set built into it. A code the model invents — and they do invent them — is flagged as invalid with the closest legitimate alternative, rather than quietly ending up on a bill your client's e-billing system will reject.
What the model is actually for. Turning "chased the bundle" into a narrative that survives a billing review, splitting a run-on note into separate tasks, and spotting the wording that gets written off — "attention to", "various", "work on file". That is language work, which is what it is good at.

Honest caveat: this drafts narratives and suggests codes — it does not know your firm's billing guidelines, your client's outside counsel guidelines, or what you actually did. Every entry needs your eye before it goes anywhere near a bill, and the time recorded must be time you genuinely spent. Nothing here is legal, billing or professional-conduct advice.
