Terms & acceptable use

Experiment. justmade runs here as an AI Apps experiment: sign-up is by invitation, payments are in test mode (nothing is ever charged), and these plain-language rules are not yet reviewed by a lawyer.

What you get

An account lets you build sites and apps with AI and publish them at simonevaccatorelli.com/justmade/app/<name>. Free sites stay online for a limited time; you can buy more time. Expired sites are kept for a grace period, then deleted and their name released. Purchases are one-off and add time to a specific site, or builds to your account.

What you can't publish

• Anything that imitates another company, person or government, or asks for logins, passwords or payment details (phishing).
• Scams, fraud, fake shops or fake giveaways.
• Malware, or links to harmful downloads.
• Illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate, harassment or threats.
• Content you don't have the rights to.

We scan pages at publish time and act on reports. Sites that break these rules are taken down without notice or refund, and the owner's account may be closed along with all of its sites.

Your content

You own what you make. You give us the rights we need to store, build and serve it. Generated pages may resemble other AI output; check anything important before relying on it.

Privacy

We store your email address, your sites and their versions, a hashed version of your password (never the password itself), and test-mode purchase records — no card details are ever collected. Prompts are sent to the AI model (NVIDIA NIM) to generate your pages.
