Laundry Helper
The interactive AI wiki for laundry. Pick a mode — Wash, Iron, or Stain Remover — describe what you have, and get a specific, step-by-step plan: temperatures, cycles, products, do's and don'ts, and pro tips. Plus a quick-reference of the care symbols on the label, so you never have to Google what the triangle with a circle means again.

Quick reference — care label symbols
How it works
Three modes, one model. When you click Get plan, your inputs (garment + fabric + soil/state/age + advanced notes) go to the same AI model that powers the AI Lab — Kimi K2 via NVIDIA's free inference tier. A mode-specific system prompt asks the model to return a structured JSON plan: a verdict, key parameters (temperature, cycle, settings), step-by-step instructions with timing, do-and-don't lists, and warnings about anything that could ruin the garment.
Schemas: laundry-wash.v1,
laundry-iron.v1, laundry-stain.v1. Your inputs
and last result for each mode are stored in your browser under
aiapp.laundry.v1 — no account, no cloud storage.
The fabric care symbols at the bottom are the standard ISO 3758 set. They're embedded statically — no AI call needed — so you can refer to them anytime.
Honest caveat: the model can't see the actual garment. When the care label and AI advice disagree, trust the care label — it was set by the manufacturer who knows the exact dye, weave, and finishing. For valuable, heirloom, or unusual items (vintage, leather, fur, structured suiting), use a professional cleaner. For severe stains on items you can't replace, don't experiment — go to a pro.
